Standalone services are billed month to month and continue until you cancel your membership.

This option is ideal if you only need one specific service, such as email marketing, short-form video, content design, UGC videos, or brand lifestyle videos, without committing to a full social media package.

You can keep the service active for as long as your brand needs support.

Once you choose a package or standalone service, we’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process.

You’ll share details about your brand, goals, audience, visual direction, and content needs. From there, our team reviews everything and prepares a clear plan before we begin creating.

For monthly packages, we’ll align on your content calendar, platforms, deliverables, and approval process.

For standalone services, we’ll confirm the scope, timeline, and what we need from you before production starts.

Timeline depends on the service you choose, but most monthly packages begin with a planning and onboarding phase before the first content is delivered.

Once we receive your brand information, goals, assets, and approvals, our team begins creating your content calendar, designs, copy, or videos based on your selected package.

Most first deliverables are prepared within 10 business days after onboarding is complete.

Some services, such as UGC videos, brand lifestyle videos, may take longer depending on production needs, revisions, and approvals.

Nothing is published without your review and approval.

You'll have one assigned Project Manager as your main point of contact.

From onboarding to monthly updates, your Project Manager will guide the process, organize your deliverables, collect feedback, and communicate the next steps clearly.

You won’t have to manage multiple conversations or repeat the same information to different people. The same person who starts with you stays close to your account throughout your plan, helping keep communication personal, organized, and consistent.

Because our services involve strategy, planning, design, copywriting, editing, and team time, payments are non-refundable once the work has started.

If you change your mind before onboarding or production begins, you may request a cancellation or refund review within 48 hours of payment.

For monthly services, you can cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Any work already planned, created, delivered, or in progress is not eligible for a refund.
