Getting Started
After purchase, you’ll complete a short onboarding questionnaire and share information about your business, audience, current marketing, goals, challenges, and existing brand materials.

Research and Review
We’ll review the information provided, evaluate your current digital presence, and identify key opportunities to improve your communication and marketing direction.

Delivery Timeline
Your first strategy presentation or draft will typically be ready within approximately 10–15 business days after onboarding is completed and all required information has been received.

What You’ll Receive
The final strategy may include recommendations for your audience, messaging, content pillars, digital channels, marketing priorities, and next steps, based on the scope listed on the product page.

Presentation and Feedback
A review session may be included to walk you through the strategy, answer questions, and discuss how to put the recommendations into action.

Revisions
The service includes the number of revision rounds listed on the product page. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may require an extra fee.

Implementation
This service provides strategy and recommendations only. Content creation, social media management, advertising, website updates, or other implementation services are not included unless specifically listed.

Client Participation
Timely responses and complete information are required to keep the project on schedule. Missing details or delayed feedback may affect the delivery date.
