1. How is pricing structured for Grey Sky Graphics Social Media Services?

Our Social Media Packages are available under two billing options:

Month-to-Month Plan
Month-to-month packages start at $600/month. These plans renew automatically each month and may be canceled before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

12-Month Commitment — Billed Monthly
Annual Commitment Plans start at $550/month and offer a reduced monthly rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Payments are processed monthly throughout the commitment period. Canceling automatic renewal prevents the plan from renewing for another term but does not eliminate any remaining payments owed under the current 12-month commitment.

You may choose a complete Social Media Package or select individual services based on your brand’s needs.

Recurring monthly services are billed at the applicable monthly rate and renew automatically each month. You may cancel before your next billing date to stop future renewals. Your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

One-Time Projects

• Brand / Lifestyle Promo Video: from $850
• Digital Strategy: from $500
• Landing Pages: from $350

One-time projects are billed as a single project payment and do not renew automatically. Final pricing may vary depending on the project scope, complexity, deliverables, production requirements, and any approved third-party costs.

2. Is my content mass-produced or based on templates?

No. Your content is developed specifically for your brand rather than produced as generic, mass-market content.

Every project receives a personalized approach based on your brand identity, audience, communication goals, and business needs. While we may use professional tools and established workflows to improve efficiency, the strategy, copywriting, design, editing, and final creative direction are handled and reviewed by real people.

3. What parts of my social media can your team handle?

We can support your brand with content strategy, content planning, copywriting, graphic design, carousel and story design, short-form video editing, content calendars, and platform-ready content creation.

Depending on the package or service selected, we may also provide scheduling, publishing, platform coordination, content adaptation, and performance reporting.

Posting support does not include community management, inbox monitoring, comment replies, direct message responses, customer service, or audience engagement unless expressly included in your selected service or confirmed in writing.

You can choose the level of support that works best for your business, from content creation only to a more structured publishing and reporting workflow.

4. What platforms can Grey Sky Graphics help me with?

We don’t believe your brand needs to be everywhere—it needs to be present on the platforms that best support its audience and goals.

During onboarding, we review your audience, objectives, content needs, and current digital presence to recommend the platforms that make the most sense for your business.

Depending on your selected package and strategy, we can create or adapt content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads.

Scheduling and publishing availability may vary by platform and package. Some platforms may be supported through content creation and adaptation only. The exact platforms and level of support included will be confirmed before your service begins.

5. Can I build a custom social media plan?

Yes. You can start with one of our monthly Social Media Packages and add the individual services your brand needs most.

Depending on availability, this may include Short-Form Video, UGC Video Production, Email Marketing, Social Media Content, Brand / Lifestyle Promo Video, Digital Strategy, or Landing Page support.

As a boutique creative studio, we create personalized service combinations instead of relying on generic bundles. Your plan will be structured around your brand, goals, content requirements, selected platforms, and the level of creative support you need.

Any custom scope, deliverables, pricing, and billing terms will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

6. How do payments work for Social Media Packages?

Our Social Media Packages are available under two billing options:

This option is billed monthly at the standard monthly rate. You may cancel before your next billing date to stop future renewals. Your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Annual Commitment — Billed Monthly
This option provides a reduced monthly rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Payments are processed monthly throughout the commitment period. Canceling automatic renewal does not eliminate the remaining payments due within the current 12-month term.

Before checkout, you will be able to review the selected package, price, billing frequency, commitment period, included deliverables, and applicable cancellation terms.

7. How do revisions work?

Your content is reviewed and approved by you before anything is published.

Each Social Media Package includes up to two revision rounds per deliverable. One revision round consists of one consolidated set of feedback submitted at the same time.

Included revisions may address copy, design, visuals, or other details within the approved brief and creative direction. Requests involving a new concept, different strategy, additional format, new platform, replacement footage, or change in the approved direction may be considered additional work and require a separate quote.

Unused revision rounds do not accumulate or transfer to future billing periods.

8. How do standalone services work?

Standalone Services allow you to purchase a specific type of creative or marketing support without selecting a complete Social Media Package.

Some standalone services are offered as recurring monthly subscriptions, while others are purchased as one-time creative projects.

Recurring services may include Social Media Content, Short-Form Video, Email Marketing, or UGC Video Production, depending on the selected option. These services renew monthly until canceled according to the applicable billing terms.

One-time services may include Digital Strategy, Landing Pages, Brand / Lifestyle Promo Video, or other project-based work. These services do not automatically renew unless expressly stated at checkout or confirmed in writing.

The product page and checkout will identify whether the selected service is monthly, subject to a commitment period, or a one-time purchase.

9. What happens after I choose a service?

Once you select a Social Media Package, standalone service, or one-time creative project, we’ll guide you through a structured onboarding process.

You’ll share information about your brand, audience, goals, visual direction, communication priorities, and content needs. You’ll also receive access to your private client workspace, where you can upload brand guidelines, logos, photographs, videos, references, platform information, and other required materials.

For monthly packages, we’ll confirm your content calendar, selected platforms, deliverables, approval process, and billing terms.

For standalone or one-time services, we’ll confirm the scope, timeline, required materials, revision allowance, and final delivery process before production begins.

10. When will my first deliverables be ready?

Delivery timelines depend on the service, package, scope, and production requirements.

For Social Media Packages, estimated initial delivery timelines after completed onboarding and receipt of all required materials are generally:

• Launch: approximately 7–10 business days
• Momentum: approximately 10–12 business days
• Scale: approximately 12–15 business days
• Enterprise: according to the customized scope and production schedule

Standalone services such as UGC Video Production, Brand / Lifestyle Promo Video, Digital Strategy, and Landing Pages may require different timelines depending on planning, filming, creator coordination, development, revisions, approvals, and third-party requirements.

Your estimated schedule will be confirmed before production begins. Nothing will be published without your review and approval unless you have provided written authorization for an approved publishing workflow.

11. How will my team communicate with Grey Sky Graphics?

You’ll have one assigned Project Manager or primary point of contact throughout your service.

Your Project Manager will guide the onboarding process, organize deliverables, collect feedback, coordinate approvals, and communicate upcoming steps and monthly updates.

This centralized communication structure helps keep instructions, files, feedback, and approvals organized and traceable. Grey Sky Graphics may replace the assigned Project Manager when reasonably necessary while maintaining continuity of service.

12. How do refunds and cancellations work?

Because our services involve strategy, planning, design, copywriting, editing, production, reserved capacity, and team time, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated.

If you change your mind before onboarding, production, scheduling, resource allocation, or third-party commitments begin, you may request a cancellation and refund review within 48 hours of payment. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Month-to-month services may be canceled before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Payments already processed are not prorated or refunded solely because the service is canceled or not fully used.

Annual Commitment Plans are billed monthly for 12 months. Canceling automatic renewal prevents a future annual renewal but does not eliminate the remaining payments due within the current commitment period.

Work already planned, created, delivered, scheduled, reserved, or in progress is not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
