Effective date: September 5, 2026
Website: https://greyskygraphics-socialmedia-services.com
This Privacy Policy explains how Grey Sky Graphics Studio LLC (“GSG,” “Grey Sky Graphics,” “Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit https://greyskygraphics-socialmedia-services.com/, create an account, contact us, purchase or use our services, or otherwise interact with us. It does not govern information that our clients independently collect through their own websites, accounts, campaigns, or audiences; for that information, the client is generally the business or controller and GSG acts under the client’s instructions.
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we process personal information as necessary to perform a contract or take requested precontract steps; based on legitimate interests such as operating, securing, and improving our business; to comply with legal obligations; or with consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose personal information to the following recipients for the purposes described above:
Some analytics or advertising cookies may constitute “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under certain U.S. state laws even when no money is exchanged. Where required, we provide consent or opt-out controls. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
When GSG processes personal information contained in a client’s audience lists, messages, connected accounts, analytics, ad audiences, or customer data solely to provide services, the client determines the purposes and means of processing. Requests concerning that data should be directed first to the relevant client. We will assist clients as required by contract and applicable law. Clients must have a lawful basis, provide required notices, and obtain required consents before giving us personal information or authorizing platform access.
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Where required, nonessential cookies are used only after consent. You can use the site’s cookie controls and browser settings to reject or delete cookies. Some privacy-enabled browsers may send Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals. Where legally required and technically detected, we treat a GPC signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending it. We do not currently respond to other “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform standard applies.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with tax, accounting, legal, and platform obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention varies by data type and context. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to backups and legal holds.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, platform, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong credentials, protecting account access, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.
GSG and its service providers may process information in the United States, El Salvador, and other countries where personnel or providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards, such as contractual protections, for cross-border transfers.
Depending on your location and subject to exceptions, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising, certain sharing or sales, and certain profiling; appeal a denied request; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may also opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe link.
To exercise a privacy right, email info@greyskygraphics.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line and describe your request. We may verify your identity and authority and may ask for information reasonably necessary to do so. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority, and we may confirm the request directly with you. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
During the preceding twelve months, we may have collected the categories described in Section 1: identifiers; customer records; commercial information; internet or electronic activity; approximate geolocation; audio, visual, or similar information; professional information; and inferences drawn from those categories. We collect these categories from the sources in Section 1, use them for the purposes in Section 2, and disclose them to the recipients in Section 4. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money and do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals. If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.
The website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can take appropriate action. Additional age thresholds may apply under local law.
The website may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and GSG is not responsible for them. Review those policies before providing information or connecting accounts.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or law. The “Effective date” shows when it was last updated. If required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
