Once your first batch is delivered, you have 14 days to work through revisions with your team. If you're still not happy after that, we'll refund your first month in full.
Services with significant upfront setup or third-party costs (Meta ads, Google ads, managed SEO, SEO backlinks, UGC videos, and Instagram growth) are not covered by the guarantee, but you can still cancel at any time.
If the content misses the mark, we'll revise it based on your feedback. We include 3 rounds of revisions in month one and 1 round per month after that. If you're not happy with the direction, talk to your account manager and we'll work with you to get it right.
You can cancel anytime directly from your dashboard. No phone calls, no emails, no cancellation fees. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
